Order Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.

  • Please review carefully and contact us immediately via our Contact Us page if anything needs to be amended.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm AEST are processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 48 hours.

Order Changes

  • changes to shipping details must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

We partner with Australia Post and trusted couriers to deliver across Australia and selected international destinations.

International Shipping

  • We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

  • Track your parcel in real time via the courier’s website.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

Missed Deliveries

  • Couriers may leave a card or attempt redelivery.

  • Australia Post parcels may be held at your local Post Office for collection.

Lost Orders

  • If deemed lost by the courier, we’ll offer a replacement or refund after investigation.

Damaged Orders

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours. We’ll assess and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Delayed Orders

  • Weather, high volume, or unforeseen events may cause delays. We’ll keep you updated and assist where possible.

📦 Special Conditions

  • Undeliverable/Returned Parcels: Incorrect addresses, uncollected parcels, or refusals incur a return fee. Refunds exclude shipping costs. Redelivery may incur extra charges.

  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Available via Australia Post. Ensure details are correct to avoid delays.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): You may authorize couriers to leave parcels in a safe spot. Please note: Bens Market Place and couriers are not responsible for loss/theft after delivery.

  • Pre-Orders: Items ship on/after advertised release dates. You’ll receive confirmation and tracking once dispatched.

  • Split Shipments: Orders with multiple items may ship separately. Tracking provided for each.

  • Restrictions: No freight forwarding addresses. Some products cannot ship internationally due to customs rules.
