🛍️ Bens Market Place Return Policy

At Bens Market Place, we want every purchase to feel right. If something isn’t quite what you expected, we’ve got you covered with our 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.


✅ Eligibility

To keep things simple and fair:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

  • Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

We care about getting it right. Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
